Teen Witch Ayurvedic Constitution Test
Unlike Western medicines approach of one pill fits all, Ayurveda takes into account the major different kinds of human constitutions.
Ayurveda has three doshas: vata (wind and space), pitta (fire and water), and kapha (water and earth).
Most humans are a dual type, combining two of the three doshas: vata-pitta, vata-kapha, and pitta-kapha. More rarely, a person is a pure type: vata, pitta, or kapha. Very rarely, a person is equally balanced by all three doshas, called soma or tridosha.
When scoring your results from the Constitution Test, you are a dual type if two doshas are high scores and one dosha is a low score. If only one dosha is a high score, then you are a rare pure dosha constitution. If all three scores are about the same, you might be a very rare tridoshic. If you get a tridoshic result, please take the Constitution Test again in a few days, as it is unlikely to be the correct result.
