Ayurveda
Ayurveda is a tatpurusha compound of the words ayus (life) and veda (knowledge), meaning “knowledge of life”.
What are Ayurvedic Treatments? The treatments include balanced diet according to an individual’s predominant Constitution (i.e. Vata, Pita, or Kapha). Personalized applciations of warm essential herbal oils are made to remedy specific imbalances and to detoxify the system. Fresh organic Ayurvedic herbal supplements are provided together with personalized exercises that include specific Yoga postures or asanas and specific meditation techniques are taught for mental state advancement. Panchakarma Therapy is an individualized process of rejuvenation and detoxification. It’s a cleansing program that varies from three days to seven days, according to the individual’s needs. It’s a purification program of flushing out the accumulated toxins and maintaining the health.
